1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AALA.LAND (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and privacy policy outlined in this document. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" - The AALA.LAND software, website, mobile app, and all related services
  • "Service" - The property management software and related features provided by AALA Solutions
  • "User" - Any individual or entity that accesses and uses the Platform
  • "Company" - AALA Solutions and its subsidiaries
  • "Content" - All data, documents, communications, and information stored on the Platform
  • "Account" - The user account created to access the Platform

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use AALA.LAND, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You have authority to bind your organization to these terms
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You will not use the Platform for illegal purposes

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

AALA.LAND offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes
  • Billing occurs automatically on your chosen billing date
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime; billing stops at the end of your current period
  • Price changes apply to renewals with 30 days written notice
  • Free trials (if offered) convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before expiration
  • Failed payment attempts may result in account suspension

There are no refunds for partially used billing cycles unless required by law.

5. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unauthorized or illegal purposes
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
  • Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or defame any person
  • Violate intellectual property rights of any party
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Breach confidentiality or privacy of any individual
  • Scrape data or circumvent security measures
  • Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content (including software, code, design, documentation) are owned by AALA Solutions and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. By using the Platform, you do not acquire any ownership rights.

You retain ownership of your Content (data uploaded to the Platform). By uploading Content, you grant AALA Solutions a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

You may not use AALA.LAND's name, logo, or branding without express written permission.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using AALA.LAND, you consent to our collection and processing of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Data is stored securely on servers in the Middle East region. AALA Solutions implements industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your Content. We recommend exporting important data regularly.

8. Service Availability & Warranties

AALA.LAND is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain high uptime standards, we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the Platform will meet all your requirements
  • That defects will be corrected immediately

We perform regular maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service. We will provide notice when possible.

Paid plans include an uptime SLA as documented in your service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AALA SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Any damages arising from unauthorized access or data breaches (except where we are at fault)
  • Service interruptions or performance issues

Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time:

  • Users may cancel their subscription anytime through account settings
  • AALA Solutions may terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct

Upon termination, your Content will be deleted 30 days after the cancellation date unless you request export.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) where applicable. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

For users in other jurisdictions, local consumer protection laws may apply in addition to these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

AALA Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

We will provide 30 days notice of material changes via email to your registered account.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and AALA Solutions regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

By using AALA.LAND, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
